Overage Rates

If additional hours are needed beyond the retainer agreement, the following rates apply:

Terms and Conditions

  1. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
  2. Overage hours require written approval before work commences.
  3. Invoices for retainer fees are sent at the beginning of each month.
  4. Overage hours will be billed at the end of each month.
  5. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice.
  6. A review of the agreement will be conducted at the end of each commitment period.
